When you purchase treatment services, shop, or apply to become our member, we may collect your personal data.

If personal data is used for purposes that require responsible data provision, such personal data will not be marked as "not required" in the membership application form. If you wish to receive the applied services from us, you will need to provide us with your personal data. 1. Participating in and maintaining your membership qualification with us;
2. Accumulating loyalty points as our member;

culture, arts or music groups/organizations, charitable organizations, or nonprofit organizations.

To protect the privacy of your personal data, our company ensures that our policies and practices regarding the collection, use, retention, transfer, and access to personal data comply with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486) of Hong Kong laws.

Before trying/purchasing our company's treatments or products, we may request you to present your original Hong Kong identity card and record your identity card number. If you do not wish to present your original identity card, our company reserves the right to refuse to provide any services or products to you.

According to Section 7AA of the Registration of Persons Ordinance, it is a crime for anyone to transfer their identity card to another person without lawful authority or reasonable excuse.

You may be required to provide information that identifies your personal identity from time to time, including but not limited to your name, gender, age, identity document number, date of birth, phone number, fax number, address, email address, credit card information, education level, occupation, family income, interests, and preferences. If you refuse to provide such information, it may prevent us from providing suitable services to you. If you are under the age of eighteen, you must obtain consent from your parent or guardian before providing any personally identifiable information to our company.

Once you provide personally identifiable information to our company, you may receive phone calls, promotional messages, emails, or direct promotional mail from our company/affiliated institutions or partners. If at any other time you do not wish us to use your personal data for the above direct marketing purposes, you can notify us of your objection. When you have business dealings with our company, we will retain all transaction records for auditing purposes. Our general policy is to retain relevant information for a reasonable period of time.

Our company usually shares your personal data with Life Young Group Limited, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, joint venture companies, and companies in which they hold interests. For details, please refer to our company's statement regarding the collection of personal data. You can fill in the OPS003 form or send a written request to the Customer Service Manager of our company to request access to your personal data. Our company will comply with your request within forty days upon receipt, in accordance with Section 19(1) of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. According to Section 20(3e) of the Ordinance, our company has the right to refuse your request for access if you refuse to make the request in writing. Under Section 28 of the Ordinance, our company may charge a reasonable fee for providing access to the data. However, if you are indeed accessing personal data to make reasonable corrections, our company may waive the associated fee at its discretion.

You must send a written request to the Customer Service Manager of our company to request the correction of personal data and provide the correct information that needs to be amended. Our company will correct your personal data within forty days upon receipt, in accordance with Section 23 of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. There is no charge for correcting personal data.
